INITIAL CONSULTATIONS
The process begins with an initial consultation. At Hawkswood you can expect to go over details and requests to your project during the consultation. We will discuss your needs, wants and provide some design ideas. We will evaluate your home and area of project for ease of construction, and will determine if there may be any obstructions or concerns with the area of your project.

QUOTATION, CONTRACT, SCHEDULE
After the initial consultation and having a clear understanding of your project, Hawkswood provides you with a detailed quote to your project. The quotation is reviewed and any changes to quote and project are discussed and revised. Once the quotation is agreed upon then an agreement is created; outlining the project in detail. Once an agreement and contract is signed it's on to step three.

DESIGN
Hawkswood works with you on your preliminary designs of your project. All designs are signed off and approved prior to final BCIN designed drawings.

BUILDING PERMITS
We have the experience in applying for building permits. We work with all city's, townships, and conservation authorities in producing all the needed paperwork and applications for permit. For added piece of mind; Hawkswood is a company that takes care of all business when it relates to building permit applications, drawings, site plans, minor variances, and waterfront properties.

PRODUCT SELECTION
Hawkswood has created a strong network of local business and professional suppliers for our customers. We have a selection of standard product lines or custom lines that you can choose from. We supply you with a detailed product list to help you during the selection process. Our suppliers understand your project prior to any visit to help make your shopping experience a smooth and easy process.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
From start to finish, your project is managed by our experience project manager. We keep in contact with you during every step of the construction process and make sure you are well informed of decisions and project status. Our number one priority on your project is quality and craftsmanship. We focus on making sure your project is running smoothly, professionally and on budget.
